Service Exchange

Thermo Radiators offers Service Exchange units to customers. We keep many popular items in stock for our service exchange program. The purpose of Service Exchange is to assist customers with breakdowns and by doing this we are able to decrease downtime and increase customer productivity. 

In this process we supply the customer with a service exchange unit which will be delivered to site. The damaged cooling unit will be replaced with the service unit. The damaged unit will then be returned to one of our workshops to be stripped down and reconditioned in order to be placed back into stock.
